What is your shipping policy?

• Shipping costs are calculated on the weight/volume of the goods, service required and their destination

• Orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business days post payment, however delivery times vary

• Tracking numbers will be provided

• If an item is not available a lead time or alternative product will be offered,

• Delivery to PO Boxes is not available

What is your returns policy?

Heavy Component Specialists will accept the return of goods based on the following conditions:

• Customer to advise proof of purchase information and reason for return.

• Purchased goods to be in original packaging and deemed a condition suitable for resale.

• Freight costs will be incurred by the customer, at the discretion of Heavy Component Specalists

• All returns must be advised within 30 days of receipt of goods.

• Warranty claims are subject to the manufacturers standard warranty policy.
